G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Shibley submitted a request for certain emails relating to two other public record requests. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Shibley petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a representative from the Department intends on providing a written response to Mr. Shibley. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Shibley with a response made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within 10 business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
