G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 17, 2021, Mr. Muadin submitted eight separate and highly detailed requests for various records pertaining to communications between a number of Department personnel, other public health officials and employees, corporate representatives, and members of the public. The Department responded on May 21, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Muadin appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department has provided a supplemental response. In an email to Mr. Muadin and this office on June 2, 2021, the Department provided records responsive to Mr. Muadin’s request. In light of the supplemental response provided by the Department, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
