Murray Supervisor of Records June 7, 2021 SPR21/1301 Chief Donna McNamara Stoughton Police Department 26 Rose Street Stoughton, MA 02702 Dear Chief McNamara: I have received the petition of Patrick Mason appealing the nonresponse of the Stoughton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Mason requested various records concerning a particular April crash report. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Mason a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
