Murray Supervisor of Records June 9, 2021 SPR21/1320 John Coughlin Hingham Town Clerk’s Office 210 Central Street Hingham, MA 02043 Dear Mr. Coughlin: I have received the petition of Mitchell Kosht appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Hingham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Kosht requested various personnel information for the Hingham Police Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Attorney Kosht a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kosht may appeal the substantive nature of the Town response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
