G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Panettiere requested all email and text communications between certain officials pertaining to a certain employee injury, among other records. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Panettiere petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Panettiere’s request with a response sent on May 19, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
