Murray Supervisor of Records May 28, 2021 SPR21/1338 Valerie Connolly Records Access Officer Secretary of the Commonwealth Administrative Services Division One Ashburton Place, Room 1710 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Connolly: I have received the petition of Jordan Hansen appealing the response of the Administrative Services Division (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 26, 2021, Mr. Hansen requested, “a list of all active businesses registered with the state of Massachusetts.” The Division provided a response to Mr. Hansen on May 26, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Division’s response, Mr. Hansen petitioned this office and SPR21/1338 was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Division has provided Mr. Hansen with all records responsive to this request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
