The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 10, 2021 SPR21/1339 Seah Levy Public Records Access Officer City of Cambridge 795 Massachusetts Avenue Cambridge, MA 02139 Dear Ms. Levy: I have received the petition of Leslie S. Harkavy, Esq. of the Nardeau Harkavy LLC appealing the response of the City of Cambridge (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 26, 2021, Attorney Harkavy requested the following records: “[t]he 911 log recording and transcript [for] a pedestrian accident on February 24, 2021 at [named street] and any other documentation relating to this accident.” The City responded on April 13, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Attorney Harkavy appealed and SPR21/1339 was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response on June 9, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was the City’s April 13th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Harkavy may appeal the City’s June 9th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Leslie S. Harkavy, Esq.
