G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 20, 2020, Ms. Kevorkian requested prison records of an identified individual from the Archives. The Archives provided a response via mail to Ms. Kevorkian dated May 10, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Archives’ response, Ms. Kevorkian petitioned this office and SPR21/1359 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Archives provided a supplemental response on June 9, 2021. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Kevorkian may appeal the substantive nature of the Archives’ June 9th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
