Murray Supervisor of Records June 15, 2021 SPR21/1373 Rita Colucci Salem State University 352 Lafayette Avenue Salem, MA 01970 Dear Ms. Colucci: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of Salem State University (University) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested any records pertinent to the appointment of the University President. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided Mr. Herman a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s response within ninety days of it being provided. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
