Box 137 Charlemont, MA 01339 Dear Mr. Boisjolie: I have received the petition of Greg Rowehl appealing the response of the Town of Charlemont Sewer Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 16, 2021, Mr. Rowehl requested numerous documents regarding a sewage bill for a named address and the specifications required for grease traps. On April 27, 2021, the Commission provided a partial response. On May 28, 2021, the Commission provided another response. Unsatisfied with the Commission’s responses, Mr. Rowehl petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1381, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission responded to Mr. Rowehl’s request with a subsequent response sent on June 11, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s April 27th and May 28th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rowehl may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s June 11th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
