G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 16, 2021, Mr. Herman requested the contract of a specified employee within the possession of the College. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and SPR21/1392 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the College responded to Mr. Herman’s request with a response sent on June 2, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the College’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
