Murray Supervisor of Records June 2, 2021 SPR21/1394 Patrick Cook Middlesex Community College 591 Spring Road, Building 10 Bedford MA, 01730 Dear Patrick Cook: I have received the petition of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 16, 2021, Mr. Herman requested “…a copy of President James Mabry’s contract.” Conclusion Subsequently, I learned that the College provided Mr. Herman records responsive to his request on June 2, 2021. In light of the College’s June 2nd letter, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety days.
