The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 15, 2021 SPR21/1425 Ms. Araceli Avila Ging Division of Professional Licensure 1000 Washington Street, Suite 710 Boston, MA 02118 Dear Ms. Ging: I have received the petition of Paul Hardiman appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hardiman requested records pertaining to an identified case involving the Massachusetts Sheet Metal Board. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Hardiman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Division responded to Mr. Hardiman’s request with a response sent on March 24, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Division’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hardiman may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
