Murray Supervisor of Records June 22, 2021 SPR21/1439 Kim Gouveia Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Avenue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Ms. Gouveia: I have received the petition of Flavia Perea appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Perea requested any records pertinent to an incident that took place in Somerville. Subsequently, I learned that the Office intends to provide Ms. Perea a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Perea may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days of it being provided. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
