G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested records relating to “invoices for Housatonic Water Works.” Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1264 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (June 1, 2021). The Town provided a response on June 3, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Mooney petitioned this office and SPR21/1453 was opened as a result. In an email on June 16, 2021, Ms. Mooney informed this office that she had “seen what [she] was told are the original invoices, [her] appeal can probably be considered closed.” After a conversation with this office, Ms. Mooney wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Ms. Mooney’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
