The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 23, 2021 SPR21/1455 Susan Embree Records Access Officer City of Framingham Human Resources Department 150 Concord Street, Room B7 Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Embree: I have received the petition of a requestor appealing the response of the City of Framingham Human Resources Department (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 23, 2021, the requestor sought: “[a]ny complaints made by city employees about past and present city councilors … or about past and present school committee members [and] … includes formal complaints made via the City’s Human Resources Department.” The City responded on May 26, May 27 and June 8, 2021. Unsatisfied with the responses provided, the requestor appealed and SPR21/1455 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a response on June 21, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the City’s previous responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s June 21st response within ninety days of it being provided. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ./J. A.~ .~ - ~--. 0 ~ Rebecca S.
