Medeiros Administrative Clerk Keeper of Records Dartmouth Police Department 1390 Tucker Rd. Dartmouth, MA 02747 Dear Ms. Medeiros: I have received the petition of Paul J. Kernan appealing the nonresponse of the Dartmouth Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 18, 2021, Mr. Kernan requested two categories of records concerning the Department. Conclusion Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Kernan a response dated June 18, 2021. In light of the Department’s June 18th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kernan may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days.
