Murray Supervisor of Records June 29, 2021 SPR21/1488; 1489; 1490; 1491 Ms. Araceli AvilaGing Division of Professional Licensure 1000 Washington Street Boston, MA 02118 Dear Ms. AvilaGing: I have received the petitions of Edmund LaChance appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Professional Licensure (Department) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. LaChance requested contact information of certain therapists. Having received no response, he petitioned our office. Subsequently, I learned the Department intends to provide a response to the requests. The Department is ordered to provide said response in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations. Mr. LaChance may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
