G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Cohan requested records pertaining to text messages between specified Boston School Committee members. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Cohan petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Cohan’s request with a response sent on June 18, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
