G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 7, 2021, Mr. Hohler requested: [1.] The school administration’s report of its investigation into the initial complaints last June; [2.] The report of the investigation that [named individual] conducted at the request of the school committee; [3.] The school department’s contract with [named individual] to conduct the review; [4.] [named individual] invoice or invoices for her services; [5.] [named individual] most recent contract to coach the boys varsity hockey team; [6.] Any communications that school department employees had with the Danvers police, the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the state Department of Children and Family Services, and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1251 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (June 2, 2021). The Town responded on May 27, 2021 and June 17, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Hohler appealed, and SPR21/1493 was opened as a result. Based upon a conversation between a Public Records Division staff attorney and a Town representative, it is my understanding that the Town intends on providing a subsequent response to Mr. Hohler. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Hohler may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
