G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hawkinson requested a copy of the recording of a May 11, 2021 Planning Board Meeting. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1409 Supervisor of Records Determination (June 17, 2021). The City provided a response to Mr. Hawkinson on June 17, 2021. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Hawkinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1515, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a supplemental response on June 30, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the June 17th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hawkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s June 30th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
