Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3910 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Jim Haddadin appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haddadin requested all audit reports created or received pursuant to the terms of its contract with a certain vendor. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department informed this office that it intends on providing a response to Mr. Haddadin. The Department is ordered to provide this response to Mr. Haddadin in a manner consistent with the Public Records Laws and its Access Regulations within 10 business days. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
