G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haddadin requested all audit reports created or received pursuant to the terms of its contract with a certain vendor. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department informed this office that it intends on providing a response to Mr. Haddadin.
