Murray Supervisor of Records June 29, 2021 SPR21/1520 Jonathan Ruda Town Administrator Town of Dudley 71 West Main Street Dudley, Massachusetts 01571 Dear Mr. Ruda: I have received the petition of David Durgin appealing the response of the Town of Dudley (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Durgin requested specific legal invoices. The Town provided a response on June 11, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Durgin petitioned this office and SPR21/1520 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response on June 22, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the June 11th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Durgin may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s June 22nd response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
