G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 9, 2021, Mr. Wood requested the following records for a named person: … date of hire. … the anticipated start date. … any application documentation, cover letter, or resume. … the offer letter … On June 18, 2021, the Division responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Wood appealed and SPR21/1523 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Division responded to Mr. Wood’s request with a further response sent on June 23, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Division’s June 18th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
