The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 22, 2021 SPR21/1530 Maureen McKeon Records Access Officer City of Framingham City Council Department 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. McKeon: I have received the petition of Brian Petrini-Smith appealing the nonresponse of the City of Framingham City Council Department (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 3, 2021, Mr. Petrini-Smith requested emails sent to the City Council from two (2) named email addresses between January 1, 2019 and June 3, 2021. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Petrini-Smith petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1530, was opened as a result. A representative of the City provided a response dated June 21, 2021 to Mr. Petrini- Smith’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Petrini-Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
