Massachusetts Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Staples: I have received the petition of Alyssa Ardizzoni appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ardizzoni requested an identified police report and related police records. Having received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a response on June 22, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Ardizzoni may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days.
