Murray Supervisor of Records June 29, 2021 SPR21/1535 The Office of the Governor’s Legal Counsel State House Room 271 Boston, MA 02133 To Whom It May Concern: I have received the petition from Carlos Henriquez appealing the response of the Governor’s Legal Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 18, 2021, Mr. Henriquez requested various records. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Henriquez petitioned this office and SPR21/1535 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Henriquez’s request with a response sent on June 22, 2021. I will now consider this matter closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
