Ryan Newell Southborough Police Department 32 Cordaville Road Southborough, MA 01772 Dear Lt. Newell: I have received the petition of Saraubh Datar appealing the nonresponse of the Southborough Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Datar requested arrest forms related to the arrests of 3 people. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Datar a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Datar has appealed the substantive nature of the Department response, and subsequently another appeal has been opened.
