Murray Supervisor of Records July 12, 2021 SPR21/1571; SPR21/1574 Michael Vigneux City of Worcester Law Department 455 Main Street Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Mr. Vigneux: I have received the petitions of Attorney Arielle Sharma appealing the nonresponse of the City of Worcester (City) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Sharma requested records related to a proposed budget for FY2022, and various records pertinent to the Plumley Village housing complex. Subsequently, I learned that the City intends to provide Attorney Sharma a response to her requests. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide said response in compliance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations in 10 business days. Attorney Sharma may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days of it being provided. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
