Murray Supervisor of Records July 12, 2021 SPR21/1576 Alison Cogliano Brockton City Clerk’s Office 45 School Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Ms. Cogliano: I have received the petition of Jeanne Holmes-Kirielis appealing the nonresponse of the Brockton City Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Holmes-Kirielis requested any and all records related to the Community Compact Cabinet. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Holmes-Kirielis a response to this request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Holmes-Kirielis may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days of it being provided.
