The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 7, 2021 SPR21/1600 Edward A. Bouquillon, PhD Superintendent-Director Minuteman Regional Vocational High School 758 Marrett Road Lexington, MA 02421-7313 Dear Dr. Bouquillon: I have received the petition from David R. Manjarrez appealing the response of the Minuteman Regional Vocational High School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 11, 2021, Mr. Manjarrez requested in pertinent part minutes from numerous executive session meetings. The School responded on March 31, 2021. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Manjarrez appealed and SPR21/1600 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a response on July 7, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s March 31st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Manjarrez may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: David R.
