Murray Supervisor of Records June 30, 2021 SPR21/1609 Chief Michael Goulding Weston Police Department 180 Boston Post Road Weston, MA 02493 Dear Chief Goulding: I have received the petition of Ms. Mary Ellen Sikes appealing the nonresponse of the Weston Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Sikes requested complaints against the Department received between July 22, 2019 and June 14, 2021. Having received no response, she petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on June 29, 2021. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Sikes may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s June 29th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
