The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 7, 2021 SPR21/1625 Jeanne R. Quaglietti Town Clerk Town of East Longmeadow 60 Center Square East Longmeadow, MA 01028 Dear Ms. Quaglietti: I have received the petition of Kevin Ksen of the Carpenters Local 366 appealing the non- response of the East Longmeadow Housing Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 17, 2021, Mr. Ksen requested, “… documents related to the payrolls on the 27 Barnum St. and 1 Lull St. project [including] 1/ the wage determination for this project 2/ the clerk logs for this project 3/ any certified payrolls submitted by the general contractor or contract manager 4/ all carpentry related certified payrolls with OSHA cards, including but not limited to [identified construction installations].” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Ksen petitioned this office and SPR21/1625 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a response was provided to Mr. Ksen on July 7, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ksen may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
