G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 14, 2021, Mr. Cowperthwaite requested, “[t]he summary report into the most recent misconduct allegations” against a named individual. The School responded on June 28, 2021. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Cowperthwaite appealed and SPR21/1646 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a response on July 7, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the School’s June 28th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Cowperthwaite may appeal the substantive nature of the School's July 7th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
