The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 20, 2021 SPR21/1649; SPR21/1650 Glenn Rooney, Esq. Department of Fire Services 1 State Road Stow, MA 01772 Dear Attorney Rooney: I have received the petitions of Matt Rocheleau appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Fire Services (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rocheleau requested vacancy/posting announcements tied to a certain ID number, and any recommendations for employment concerning a certain individual. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Rocheleau a response to his requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Mr. Rocheleau has appealed the substantive nature of the Department response in regards to SPR21/1650, and subsequently another appeal has been opened. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
