The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 20, 2021 SPR21/1658 Kate Silvia Director of Communications 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Matthew Rocheleau appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 12, 2021, Mr. Rocheleau requested “[a]ny/all Posting/Vacancy Announcement(s); any/all Applicant Flow Data Sheet(s); and any/all Request(s) for Waiver for each of the following Req. Identifier/Posting ID codes.” Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Rocheleau a response dated May 25, 2021. Conclusion In light of the Department’s May 25th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rocheleau may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
