G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 23, 2021, Mr. Rocheleau requested, “[a]ny/all contracts with The Winmill Group, LLC (aka The Winmill Group) since Jan. 1, 2018 [and] [a]ny/all contracts with Ryan Winmill since Jan. 1, 2018.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Rocheleau petitioned this office and SPR21/1659 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Division provided a response to Mr. Rocheleau on July 6, 2021, indicating that it is not the custodian of the requested records, and directing Mr. Rocheleau to submit his request to the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rocheleau may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
