G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 8, 2021, Mr. Swinson requested “copies of any and all contracts, emails, notes, and any other form of retained communication related to the hiring and work” provided by an identified individual. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1629 Supervisor of Records Determination (July 6, 2021). The District provided a response on July 6, 2021. Unsatisfied with the District’s response, Mr. Swinson petitioned this office and SPR21/1669 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the District provided a supplemental response on July 12, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the July 6th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Swinson may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s July 12th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
