Dzuris Public Records Compliance Officer Town of Chelmsford 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA 01824 Dear Ms. Dzuris: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the response of the Town of Chelmsford (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, §10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 27, 2021, Mr. Mazurczyk requested “all records pertaining [to named individual’s] future employment matters/prospects.” Prior appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1124 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 12, 2021). The Town responded on May 14, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mazurczyk appealed, and SP21/1680 was opened as a result. Upon review of the file, I learned that the Town provided a response on July 6, 2021 at 1:39 pm and provided a link to obtain the requested document on the public website. Mr. Mazurczyk’s appeal was dated July 6, 2021 at 1:32 pm. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the Town’s May 14th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
