G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 11, 2021, Mr. Swinson requested numerous records from the District including lessons plans, emails, and student directories. On July 7, 2021, the District responded. Unsatisfied with the District’s response, Mr. Swinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1685, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District responded to Mr. Swinson with further responses sent on July 12, 2021 and July 14, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s July 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Swinson may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
