Taugher appealing the response of the South Hadley Fire District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2021, Mr. Taugher requested “the detailed health/dental/life insurance spreadsheet, in Excel format for the current FY 2021 for all District employees and retirees. This file includes the names of the individuals, and is identical to the Excel file maintained and updated by previous Clerk/Treasurers.” Previous Appeal This case was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR21/0887 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 16, 2021); SPR21/0887 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 3, 2021). In my May 3rd reconsideration, I stated that the District had not satisfied its burden in responding to the records request. Subsequently, on July 7, 2021, the District provided records to Mr. Taugher. Claiming to have received the incorrect records, Mr. Taugher appealed and this case was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided additional records to Mr. Taugher on July 14, 2021. In an email to this office on the same day, Mr. Taugher confirmed that the report he received “is indeed the unredacted report [he] requested.” Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
