G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Stroud requested various categories of records related to a certain Boston Police Department case. Having received no response, she petitioned our office. Subsequently, the Office provided a response on July 19, 2021 indicating that it is not the proper custodian of the requested records and referring Attorney Stroud to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Attorney Stroud may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within 90 days.
