G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 22, 2021, Mr. Seferian requested the records for each semester for each of the last five years as follows: a) The amount of revenue the college collected from DCE courses. b) The amount the college spent on compensation for instructors of DCE courses. c) The amount of compensation the college spent for DCE that was not for instructors of DCE courses. d) The total amount DCE expenditures not for compensation. e) The total amount DCE expenditures not for compensation according to budget line item. Subsequently, I learned that the College provided Mr. Seferian a response to his request. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the College’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Seferian may appeal the substantive nature of the College’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
