G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 25, 2021, Ms. Manning requested “records for: Police reported from [a specific address] from November 2019 thru February 2021.” The Department responded on June 29, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Manning appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Supplemental Response Subsequently, based on a phone conversation with this office on July 29, 2021, I learned that a representative from the Department intends to provide a supplemental written response to Ms. Manning. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Ms. Manning with a supplemental response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
