Murray Supervisor of Records July 30, 2021 SPR21/1757 Matthew Campbell Mystic Valley Regional Charter School 4 Laurel Street Malden, MA 02148 Dear Mr. Campbell: I have received the petition of Brian Delacey appealing the nonresponse of Mystic Valley Regional Charter School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Delacey requested various records related to real estate purchases made in the year 2021. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School provided Mr. Delacey a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Delacey has made further contact with this office in regards to appealing the School’s response.
