The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 26, 2021 SPR21/1760 Chief James T. McIntrye Stoneham Police Department 47 Central Street Stoneham, MA 02180 Dear Chief McIntrye: I have received the petition of Matthew Galante appealing the response of the Stoneham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 28, 2021, Mr. Galante requested a “CAD Entry/Incident Report.” The Department provided a response on April 28, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Galante petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1760, was opened. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on July 26, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Galante may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s July 26th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
