G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 23, 2021, Ms. Sheehan requested from the Town records regarding the Earth Removal Committee (ERC). The Town provided a response on July 1, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Sheehan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1761, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided supplemental responses to Ms. Sheehan on July 16, 2021 and July 20, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the July 1st response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
