Murray Supervisor of Records July 26, 2021 SPR21/1765 Ms. Carla Vitale Winthrop Town Clerk 1 Metcalf Square Winthrop, MA 02152 Dear Ms. Vitale: I have received the petition of Mr. George Anzuoni appealing the nonresponse of the Winthrop Conservation Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Anzuoni requested a copy of the notice of intent and other records relating to a certain property. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a response on July 26, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Anzuoni may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
