Murray Supervisor of Records July 30, 2021 SPR21/1826 Ms. Claudia Buruca Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office 1 Bulfinch Place Boston, MA 02114 Dear Ms. Buruca: I have received the petition of Ms. Heather Bellow appealing the nonresponse of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Bellow requested copies of all rental/lease invoices for vehicles used by the Office or other Office staff with costs billed to the Office from January 2, 2019 to present. Having received no response, she petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office provided a response on July 26, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Bellow may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within 90 days.
