G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 12, 2021, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe requested, among other items “[c]opies of all original, unedited, agendas and minutes of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion subcommittee.” The School responded on July 22, 2021, stating that it was withholding responsive records. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided responsive records on July 29, 2021 to Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe. Where this appeal was opened on the basis of the School withholding records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe has appealed the July 29, 2021 response, and this office is currently in the process of opening a new appeal. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
